A day here in Montana consists of hours of chores (hay to stock animals, cutting firewood, moving a lot of snow) hunting, hiking, fishing. T hese type of activities BURN through pants. I've gotten 5 years out of mine. I would say these pants are for professionals. That's all I will wear.

Second pair - just in case !!
This is my second pair of these pants. No, the first pair did not fall apart, after two years of daily use they are still getting more comfortable. I got the second pair out of fear of them being discontinued. What would I do then?? Yes, they are that gÜd !
